California Dawn Sport Fishing

Another project-filled winter has passed and we here at California Dawn Sportfishing couldn’t be more excited for you all to see the results!  While The California Dawn II was in SoCal having new motors installed, The California Dawn I was receiving a full cabin renovation; complete with spacious seating areas and a full, gourmet galley.

We’re excited for another phenomenal year on the water starting in early April for Halibut & Striped Bass.  Check out our calendars for availability! 

The California Dawn II

Attention sport fishing enthusiasts! We are happy to introduce the newest member of the California Dawn Sportfishing family - The California Dawn II, formerly known as The New El Dorado III.

This high-powered 55' catamaran boasts twin Caterpillar engines, super sleek pontoons, and large cabin with full galley. The whopping 22.6' beam provides for extra-wide aisles and triple the seating capacity of their party boats, making it perfect for private gatherings, as well as individuals looking for a memorable day on the water for fishermen of all ages and experience levels!

California Dawn

California Dawn is a 50-foot fiberglass sport fishing vessel, running out of Berkeley in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is powered by twin diesel engines, features the latest in marine electronics, scanning sonar, large bait capacity, a heated cabin, and a full galley with a variety of delicious meals.

California Dawn runs open party full day trips nearly year round, but is also available for charter. We offer the highest quality fishing rods for rent, as well as tackle for purchase.
